Why Diurna exists

Workforce administration is a complex ecosystem. At its core are payroll professionals: highly qualified experts who manage payroll, absences, and regulatory compliance for dozens, sometimes hundreds, of client companies.

Yet, they spend most of their day not doing advisory work. They spend it re-typing data from WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls into Excel spreadsheets. Correcting manual errors. Chasing clients for missing information. Their talent is buried under mountains of data entry.

Enterprise platforms exist, but they cost tens of thousands and are designed for large companies with dedicated IT departments.
